NCC2050 Community Open House Series The Department of Land Use proposes to draft 10 individual ordinances, one per Council District, which will include the proposed rezonings to comply with the Future Land Use Map contained within the Comprehensive Plan. After ordinance introduction and noticing, the Department will Co-Host a Community Open House with the District Councilmember(s) to present the rezonings to the public.
