Our 2025 wrapped is here!

In 2025 we offered a full calendar of meetings and events, including old favorites like our golf and bowling tournaments, and new ones like Advocacy School and Meet the Builder! Our best-attended event was the Real Estate Summit, which drew 160 people.
Our legislative efforts expand across the entire state, and we tracked bills/ordinances/regulations related to things like contractor liability, electrical licensing requirements, and moratoriums on development. Our biggest win was halting a massive and fast-tracked energy code update.
We welcomed 41 new builder and associate members! As we continue to expand our membership benefits and advocacy efforts, we count on the support of our loyal and growing membership base to help us achieve even more.
In recognition of our success, we were awarded two Association Excellence Awards from the Executive Officers Council of the National Association of Home Builders: Best Community Service Project for our Guest Bartender Fundraiser benefitting Contractors for a Cause, and the New Executive Officer of the Year Award.
