An Associate Member will be any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation: (1) whose principal business is in any allied trade, profession, or industry related to the Delaware Home Building Industry and revenue from building or remodeling residential dwellings does not exceed revenue from other business activities (or Builder/Developer) Member category above; (2) appropriately and currently licensed to do such business; (3) who agrees on a continuing basis to abide by the provisions (and any amendments thereof) of the Constitution, Bylaws, and Code of Ethics of the Association in addition to keeping all financial obligations to HBA/DE current; (4) who makes proper application to the Association for membership; and, (5) who meets with the approval of the Board of Directors. Professional Services majority of revenue is derived from providing professional services related to building and site design, studies, reports and other information related to the other membership categories described herein Building Trades Associate Member: $550.00
